Time to celebrate!

Jacob is almost one year old and I am so proud of myself, well I sould say we are so proud of ourselves. I couldn't go this far smoothly without my mom in the first 6 months and without the best hubby in the world.
Now Jacob just need to get on his feet and we'll become more mobilized. We want to see the world more with out lil sweetie and we treasure our family time, I mean every second!
Now it's time to think about how to celebrate Jacob's 1st birthday =)
